The agreement is a contingent direct hire agreement. Contingent means if you do not hire this candidate you owe nothing. The placement fee is a flat fee of $10,000. There is a replacement guarantee of 45 days. Our payment terms are Net 45, which means the total invoice amount is due within 45 days from the invoice date.
